1. Is the Freedom Gateway only for the hotel environment?

All Property Management Systems (PMS) are designed to interface with a telephone exchange system (PBX) to allow guest telephone charges to be billed to their account. Rather than create a totally new interface and risk not being able to talk to one or more PMS's, the Freedom Gateway can pretend to be a PBX and reports each Internet authentication to the PMS in the same way that a true PBX system would for a telephone call. The Freedom range has been designed to allow perfect matching with the venue concerned.
